Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Manchester
Contract: 3 months initially with possible extension
Experience Required
This role is responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of budgetary control, financial reporting and income generation. This includes monitoring and forecasting the financial performance of all non IT cost centres and the financial reporting for the whole organisation. The post holder will provide high level support and financial management advice to senior managers and budget holders in the organisation.
The post holder will deliver financial reporting information representing non IT services through the application of a Service line reporting system.
The post holder will deputise for the Commercial Finance Lead in their absence at all internal and external meetings
Key Working Relationships
The post holder will be required to develop strong working relationships with representatives and be the key point on contact for all non IT services. The post holder will be required to offer advice and support on the financial operational position of the services to inform future decision making.
The post holder will need to work closely with heads of service and support them in customer performance meetings.
