Our client is currently looking for a Front end & business process analyst for a contract role based in Brussels, Belgium.Language requirements : French mandatory, Dutch at least passive knowledge
Work location : Brussels with occasional travel to partner offices
Start date : January 2016 (asap)
Expected duration : till end 2016 (depending on scope and progress)

For one of our customers in the insurance sectorwe are looking for a - Front end business process analyst - This is a buniness analyst type role.
Context :
For several projects the 'Front end' part of the applications has to be created or reviewed. This includes the creation or the review of the processes behind the front end.
Tasks :
- Acquire knowledge and analyse the current Front ends in a Portal application environment (User interfaces supplied by partners)
- Capture high-level business requirements for several projects and front end oriented components : internal and external interviews and workshops (agents, partners)
- Consolidate and assemble input and redesign front ends and processes based on expected changes (from a user point of view)
- Develop propositions, initiate and guide the validation process
- Produce and update related documentation based on standards and methodologies
We are looking for a generalist profile having preferably a minimum of experience in the insurance business sector.
