Description
Sharepoint DeveloperTypical responsibilities will include:
• High level design of SharePoint solutions aligning with architectural policies
• Strategy development around content, application usage, security, cost model and product roadmap
• Governance around standards, customizations and provisioning
• Drive adoption across the Business
• Work closely with production support team and the outsourced build team to oversee new solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert and positive advocate of SharePoint
• Provide technical input to proof of concept as required
Attributes:
Essential -
• A confident IT professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at a variety of levels
• Demonstrable track record in the delivery of Enterprise level SharePoint designs and solutions
• Experienced in making key technical decisions and recommendations
• You should be familiar with OOB SharePoint features, customisation options, workflow (ideally Nintex), infrastructure and performance considerations
• Experience of connecting SharePoint to line of business applications and data repositories as well as 3rd party solutions.

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle including agile techniques.
• Experience in a support role with a high volume user base
• Experience of designing and/or developing custom software solutions based around the SharePoint platform.
• Experience of working closely with 3rd parties for technology consultancy and services
• Experience of working in financial services
