Naval Combat Systems Lead Integration Engineer
A Naval Combat Systems Lead Integration Engineer Services Engineer with weapons experience is required to work on a twelve month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our Defence client based in Rosyth, Fife.
This is a 12 month contract with a UK leading defence company.
Overview of the Naval Combat Systems Lead Integration Engineer contract role
The MS Integration Engineer will plan, conduct and record the MS Ship Integration activities, working with other members of the integration team, suppliers and client teams. To ensure that the Mission System Integration on the platform is in accordance with the agreed design rules and current safety legislation.
Key skills required for the Naval Combat Systems Lead Integration Engineer
- Real Time application integration experience on a military programme, including
Observation, Reporting and Investigation, Script Writing Test Execution
- Sound understanding of integration principles and previous experience of Mission System integration
- Understanding of IP network protocols & routing
- Experience of direct interaction with suppliers and government customers.
The role is based in Rosyth, Fife - commutable from Dundee, Perth, Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Stirling and Falkirk with excellent access from Glasgow
