The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining and creating new business/trading relationships with Key IT Channel Distributors, as well as the resellers that they support and supply with our Privacy Filter/Protection film products
This role has national coverage, candidates ideal location is the Midlands
Key Job Responsibilities
*Managing a turnover in excess of £2M p.a.
*Responsible for building strong relationships in the UK IT Distribution and Reseller Channel, focused on growth and profitably of the protective films business
*Key engagement and relationship development with resellers
*Sales & Product insight development on regular IT distributor & reseller sales floors
*Opportunity/Project development with end user engagement, with stakeholders in our key markets, these include Finance/Banking/Corporate/Public sector. Opportunities tracked & monitored with CRM databases (Siebel/SFDC)
*Working internally with marketing, and sales management to ensure alignment of terms, rebates, pricing, fulfillment routes

*Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
*A self-starter with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team
*Good persuasion skills
*Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data.
*Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
*Key channel account planning
*Tenacious, resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective.
*High Degree of emotional intelligence
Qualifications
Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
Some familiarity or exposure to the UK IT Channel environment would be helpful
Channel Sales Experience preferred
