Support Analyst urgently required for a large Law Firm in Central London

My client a UK leading law Firm are looking for a support analyst with Strong organisational skills and a can do attitude to join their I.T team on a 9-12 month FTC 2 days a week.

The support analyst must be resilient and able to push back against senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a good general IT background specifically around data rooms/Intranet however this is not essential as my client can provide training on the job.

The role

The support team are responsible for the provision of the intranet and extranet services throughout the firm. The Extranet enables the firm to collaborate with their clients and other parties on document relating to their matters. The support analyst will provide technical support to both my client's users and their external clients ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

· Diagnose and resolve all support calls and queries passed to the support team

· Provide user support for my clients Data Room platform & global and local intranets.

· Building and maintain relationships with customers

· Assist with updating the teams processes and procedures documents

· Assist with I.T projects as and when required

Salary £14,000 -£16,000 (based on 2 days p/week)

For the support analyst to be successful in this role you must have an exceptional telephone manner with ability to liaise with staff at all levels. A good understanding of IT systems and IT fundamentals with outstanding customer service skills and an overall willingness to learn new skills.
