CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - CUSTODY - BASED IN CANARY WHARF - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

A high profile Banking client is looking to recruit a Client Service Representative to join the Client Services Department in the offices based in Canary Wharf, London.

The London Client Services Group employs over 55 staff and provides client support to Pension Funds, Financial Institutions and Investment Managers within the EMEA region. This is a busy and demanding environment with high values and large volumes of transitions requiring good concentration and organisational skills.

In this role we will require a Representative to deliver professional client service to Investment Managers and Clients on a day-to day basis by providing proactive issue management, ensuring the resolution of all issues with Investment Manager on a timely basis.

Key Skills required for a Client Services Representative:

*Proven knowledge of Global Custody markets and products
*Excellent organisational skills
*Strong communication skills - written and oral
*Experience with the following systems would be advantageous: CMS, Workbench or IMITs
*Proven experience of working with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:

*Provide day-to-day operational support to Investment Manager and Clients ensuring their requirements are met professionally.
*Monitor internal risk management controls including failed transactions and overdrawn balances and ensure that the checklist is completed daily
*Maintain accurate desktop procedures, KYC documentation and standing instructions for an assigned group of Investment Managers.
*Ensure all failed transaction and pre-matched reports are provided to all Investment Managers and Clients by deadline.
