Multiple C&Q Engineers are required to join a Pharmaceutical organisation based in the Netherlands. This is a role that will require the successful applicants to provide on-going commissioning and qualification support to their new-build biopharmaceutical facility.Client: Biopharma
- Our client is a major supplier of medicines for patients in the Netherlands. A variety of isolation techniques produces coagulation factors, protease inhibitors, immunoglobulins and albumin. Plasma Products works closely with sister organisations in other countries, such as the Department for Central Fractioning (CAF) in Belgium and the Finnish Red Cross.
Project Scope: Upscaling of an existing process
In order to meet the demand of this high profile project, they must construct a Grade D clean room and qualify this as well as the clean utilities & process equipment.
The clean room requires to be constructed and they hope to have the PQ phase completed at by the end of June. Whilst the timelines are very aggressive the scheduled will be reviewed in January which then might shift the completion date.
Process equipment: chromatography column , filter units, thawing baths, mobile tanks (cleaning validation needs to happen), vessels
Clean utilities: Purified Water (PW), Clean Air, Clean In Place (CIP)
