Systems Developer - KDB - FX
This role is for a developer with some KDB development experience to work in the data analytics team and continue to learn and become an expert in KDB. This team is responsible for the capture and management of the market data, pricing and trading information from the FX area as well as the access framework for the data itself. This is used for both offline analysis and Real Time trading information.
Key Responsibilities:
Discuss requirements with the business and the quant team
Analysis, design and Development of KDB analytics and capture framework
Second line support
Knowledge/Experience:
Some Development experience of KDB (Q)
Experience of Linux/Unix
Knowledge of FX Financial Products useful but not essential
Scripting (eg Shell, python)
Willingness to learn
Excellent planning and organizational skills
