Skills and experience:

Design and perform the Services Transition
-
Design and perform the Services Transformation from Times & Means (T&M) Service mode to Fixed Price service mode
-
Shape the design architecture based on business requirements and industry best practices, eg for:
-
Future IT infrastructure evolutions, based on new technology possibilities, organizational structures and support models
-
ICT security management in HQ and in the delegations
-
-
Perform impact analysis of:
-
Changes in central architecture/infrastructure and support model.
-
New technologies on current ICT architecture
-
-
Provide consultancy on ICT projects
- Writing of documents (management summaries, vision documents, architectural design documents in general, migration documents, road maps, implementation documents)
Description of work:
Standard requirements
-
Secondary school (12 years education) diploma/certificate of completion is required
-
ITIL v.3 Foundation certification is a requirement of the contract and needs to be obtained, at the latest, 3 months after the start date.
- Must hold AT LEAST two high-level technical certifications (besides ITIL) in their area of expertise (ie related to the component they are proposed for)

Excellent skills-set in IT and comprehensive knowledge in specialized areas of competence, proven by a number of trainings, certifications and/or publications; examples:

Consultant, Specialist or Architect on Networks, Security, E-mail infrastructure, Storage/Virtualisation/Backup, etc.

Open Source SW engineer
-
BCP and risk management specialist
Moreover, he/she should have:

Strong technical, analytical & drafting skills
- Ability to translate high-level management objectives and/or business requirements into technical solutions
