Hello

I am looking to hire a Finance lead for one of the public sector client. Below is the job description of the same.

Location: Bridle Path, Leeds
Contract Length: 6 months full time, or 72 days part time over 6 months
Additional Info: interviews as of 20th January 2016
Essential Experience:

At least 10 years' financial transformation experience/finance management background, at least 10 years' change experience with actual delivery, project management and stakeholder management, CCAB qualified

Desirable: Oracle Business Objects knowledge or Service Now' system knowledge.

Additional qualifications required for this role
Qualified accountant with experience of finance operations (Accounts Payable, Receivable and Management Accounts to Budget reporting). Some knowledge of Oracle Financials 11.5.10 an advantage. Lean training and experience of process improvement.

Key tasks and deliverables
To improve finance processes in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Management Accounts areas working with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver: 1) Direct debit income collection project, 2) Support Service Now preparation planning and implementation, 3) plan and coordinate month end faster close.

Experience Required
Proven experience of delivering finance transformation/continuous improvements through working across teams, with excellent stakeholder engagement, increasing staff and customer satisfaction.
