Our exclusive Energy Services client has an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Buyer on a 6 month initial contract based in Warwick.
This position is responsible for operations of strategic procurement within the Engineering Services team supporting European Business Development sourcing activities.
The role will assist the Category Manager in delivery of Category Strategies identifying future commercial opportunities.

*Ability to and proven track record of managing multiple projects and consistently delivering outstanding results
*Ability to prepare and lead negotiations
*Highly effective management of suppliers;
*Proficient in stakeholder management and communications;

*Sound negotiation and presentation skills;
*Appreciation of category management.
*Able to work across all functions and levels of an organisation;
*Good working understanding of EU and utility procurement directives a distinct advantage.

There may be a requirement for occasional international travel.
