Description
My blue chip client based in the Benelux are looking for a SAP BPC Consultant
. The role is for longer term and the person will be mainly involved in all stages of multiple projects as well as in the maintenance of the applications. He/she should be experienced and skilled enough to guide technical architects. One aspect of this profile is also to play quality assurance role. This person is expected to unblock critical technical hurdle (design & implementation phase) within limited time-scope and should be able to propose sound design to address all probable issues that a typical SAP BPC project generally encounters.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of SAP BPC experience (implementation & maintenance). Minimum of one full life cycle implementation of SAP BPC.
Applied experience in implementing planning, consolidation and reporting and analytics with the SAP BPC suite in large complex organization in global context.
Solid experience in reporting and analytics, coupled with deep design and delivery capabilities. Experience in quality domain preferred.
Experience in performing a Quality Assurance role in respect of configuration, development and documentation
Experience regarding consolidation processes and related business rules.
Experience in setting up BPC work status and definition of process templates.
Solid understanding of Visual Basic for Application. VBA development skills are highly regarded.
Strong background in designing and implementing Corporate Performance Management solutions
Analyze and capture business requirements
Client facing (status reporting)
Ability to lead design and oversee development of complex, cross-functional, multi-platform processes and application systems.
Ability to create complex EPM reports (native & custom).
Ability to train internal staff specifically in advanced SAP BPC methods.
Ability to advise client and develop complex technical architecture and design.
Adaptable to changes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, French).
Preferred (good to have) skills
Project management methodologies.
Experience with integrating BI and BPC and infrastructure/DB knowledge around BPC will be highly regarded.
Experience in integrating BPC with third party systems (master data management)
Experience in creating script logic.
