Our client is urgently searching for a strong Functional Analyst with System requirement, analysis, methods, techniques, (speaking French and Dutch) to work on a critical project in Belgium.
A successful consultant will have over 4 years experience in:
As a functional analyst in projects to cooperate on the planning of the new platform for HR. He/she is expected to make a functional analysis, to collect and requirements to be described on the basis of the standard deliverables. Within these projects, the complexity of the matter and contacts with end users an important part. All this is done in collaboration with the project teams and stakeholders.
Also, you will work with the Centre of Excellence system requirements analysis to the development of the methodologies and techniques in SRA and its deployment in the organization (through training, coaching, information sessions ...). Furthermore, you work together with other CoEs (including testing, business analysis, development ...) to an overall story that project teams can work as efficiently as possible in practice to achieve their project goals
Profile:

* technical knowledge of system requirements analysis methods and techniques
* experience in large projects
* Strong interpersonal skills, able to identify with the world of the end user
* communicate fluently and knows how to convince others through commitment, assertiveness and accessibility
* organizational and coordinating insight
* Knowledge of project progress in major projects
* Experience in working closely with different people and different Services
