Solution Designer
Duration: Initial 6 months

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY: Sopra Steria Recruitment Ltd (a Sopra Steria company) provides recruitment and resourcing solutions to Sopra Steria, a leading European IT service provider.
Sopra Steria requires a Technical/Solution Designer for an initial 6 month contract based in Glasgow, onsite for one of our financial services Clients.
Sopra Steria requires the Technical/Solution Designer to assist our team to help drive forward the establishment of our Clients enterprise architecture, specifically the technology architecture.
The Technical/Solution Designer will work with the Infrastructure architect and existing Architects to drive forward the infrastructure views and perform conversion of current infrastructure diagrams into archimate models so they can house within iServer.
Technical/Solution Designer Essential Skills:
- Application focused Solution Architect/Technical Architect/Solution Designer
- Knowledge of Enterprise Modelling Languages. We use Archimate and BPMN as our primary modelling language
- Knowledge of Application and Technical architecture patterns for various aspects including Integration architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology and Infrastructure architecture.
Technical/Solution Designer Desirable Skills:
- Working in a lean/agile approach
The successful candidate must be willing to undergo a security clearance process
