For our client BNPPF, we are looking for Visual Designers.
Context
Design visually appealing (digital) interfaces for the new services of our Internet and mobile banking applications.
Function Description
The visual designer is responsible for turning concepts and ideas into high quality screens and components that are visually appealing and highly user friendly on mobile, desktop and other applications (eg ATM).
The visual designer focuses on the aesthetics of the applications and its related materials by strategically implementing designs, images, colors, fonts, and other elements. He/she is responsible for enhancing the content of a page or a function by engaging users and helping to build trust, brilliant user experience and interest in the brand. He/she will ensure alignment with the corporate identity.
He/she works closely with the product owner, the usability expert and the development team.
Typical activities:
- Participate to ideation and requirements gathering workshops
- Participate to regular design/development meetings
- Support the design of wireframes
- Support the design of clickable (high- and low- fidelity) prototypes
- Design (responsive) key screens for mobile, desktop and other applications (eg ATM)
- Create and ensure the styling of the brand
- Consult, understand and reuse existing interactive and visual components
- Create new visual and interactive components when needed
- Ensure visual and UX consistency

Experience
3 years of experience/seniority in similar topics
Technical Experience
Mandatory:
- In depth understanding of web technologies, HTML5
- Proficient in industry-standard visual and graphic design tools (eg Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Working experience with industry-standard user experience and Front End development tools (eg Axure, and HTML)
- Proven experience in translating high level needs and requirements into high-fidelity visuals.
- Well-rounded knowledge of design principles and techniques
- Proven and broad experience in process design (including requirement gathering, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, development and user testing)
- Each CV must contain a link to the candidate's portfolio
Preferable:
- Experience in delivering projects following Agile/Scrum principles
- Preferred experience/exposure to web banking
Business Experience
Mandatory:
Proven track of project experience in similar missions
Preferable:
Knowledge of Banking environment
