SAP Banking Manager - Dutch speaking
Whitehall Resource are looking for a SAP Banking Manager to based in Nieuwegein, Netherlands on a contract based.
You are responsible for the continuity of the Back Office systems of Finance. Central elements of the BackOffice (SAP Banking) and the Data Warehouse Finance.
- You will lead two internal management teams; team technical application specialists and team SAP application specialists Data. Additionally send you an outsourced team of application specialists who provide 2nd and 3rd line application management for SAP BackOffice. This concerns a total of 9 internal staff, seven staff and a contracted team of 14 FTEs, mainly offshore.
- These teams are both responsible for the availability and performance of production systems, as well participate in intensive programs, which will be fully developed in these systems. In production are monitoring, incident and problem management, change management, risk and compliance centrally. Participation in programs is aimed at assuring management requirements, acceptance testing and implementation of releases.
- You are responsible for HR employees, builds and sends the teams and develop individuals and teams. Priorities in this self-developments, entrepreneurship and automate management work. In addition, the domain is heading off on a DevOps structure, management and development gradually integrates. You are responsible for resource management. Besides the daily (content) management you are also responsible for HR cycle of your team.
- You are part of the MT Continuity and share responsibility for achieving the objectives of continuity. You will also represent continuity in the Project Boards of LZA program (BackOffice) and Data. You also take your fair share in roles that fills the MT Continuity, such as representation in the Change Board ITN and various infrastructure project boards and working groups.
