Role: Network Support Engineers
About Us:
We are Flint Consulting, a leading Integration Company to the Telecoms industry. We are providing a Change Management Service which includes preparation, execution and support for network changes.
The team will work hand in hand with the customers network staff to trouble shoot, review designs and manage and execute change requests.
We are therefore seeking Network Engineers with Nexus product experience as part of the service in different locations within Europe.This is a long term contract working with an innovative team
Some of the key activities include the following:
Locations: Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, UK, Germany
Essential Skills:
Engineers should have experience and opertaional, hands on, troubleshooting skills in the following Cisco technologies:
- Nexus 7000 Fabric Path,
- Nexus vPC,
- Nexus 2000 Fabric extenders,
- 6500 VSS,
- Nexus 1000,
- 7600/ISR/ASR9K
Additionally required:
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Technical knowledge of Cisco products - Routers, Switches, etc
- Good understanding of large voice/data networks, network equipment, provisioning, troubleshooting and equipment configurations
- Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and topologies is required
- Strong client interfacing skills.
Qualifications:
- CCIE
Notes
- English and or German and/or local language a bonus but not a requirement.
- No travel is required (other than to and from Kosice)
- Preferred start date 15th of January 2016.
- Remote work is available but engineers need to be on the Customer site as and when required
- CCIE is preferred however will review strong CCNP with exceptional DC/Nexus experience.
