SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER - SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER

Our client an international leader is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager for a long term project based in Australia

You will have the following career Experience:
Experienced IT Support Manager with a successful track record in managing application support teams, managing and transitioning to offshore Managed Services vendors.
Ideally 8+ years of experience in an IT delivery environment within an organisation with global or regional stakeholders
The Service Delivery Manager will be Accountable for the delivery of all SDM Level 2 and 3 Application Support functions, with respect to all applications, application support incidents, minor enhancements, and root cause problems, to agreed budgets, processes and status updates.
Establish a clear Level 2 PeopleSoft Support Team from existing resources.
Accountable for the implementation of the Level 3Managed Services Vendor selected with clear SLAs and KPIs.
Support the APAC by hiring a suitable, permanent Support Manager.

The Service Delivery Manager must have experience in the following below :
People/Resource/Vendor Management
The Service Delivery Manager will Support: Ensure business incidents, enhancements and problems are formally prioritised with each Business Process Owner, and accurate status is clearly and regularly communicated.

Vendor Management:
Management of an existing cloud-based 3rd Party Managed Services Vendor against agreed KPIs against SLAs, and the implementation of a PeopleSoft Managed Service Vendor.

Key Stakeholders:
will be based in Australia & New Zealand. You will be reporting to Country Business Partner and Project Managers, working closely with Production Manager, Security, Risk & Compliance Manager, CFO, Business Process Owners, Global and APAC Procurement and PMO

Any others languages is a plus but not mandatory.
Good client-focus and communication skills Knowledge
Experience in ERP SAP PEOPLESOFT Oracle is a plus

Education & Training
PRINCE2, PMP and/or ITIL experience.
Working knowledge of software development methodologies using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.

This is a long term contract

The SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER will be based in Australia and APAC region. This is a long term contract and a very good opportunity.
