Partner Marketing Operations Executive- Reading- 12 Months Initial Contract- £28K-£32Kpa
Our Client, a Global technology company is seeking a Partner Marketing Operations Executive to be based in Reading on an initial 5 month contract.
Role Purpose
Being a key role in the Partner Marketing team, the Partner Marketing Operations Executive is a critical role that supports and enables the team to drive efficient, compliant and accountable marketing programs. This role achieves this through owning the operational processes for partner investment, building measurement plans, managing our activity tracker and ensuring adherence to Finance and M&O processes. Success is measured through increased marketing performance of revenue goals and other leading KPIs.

Our goal/mission in Partner Business & Development (PB&D) is to lead the continued evolution of our partner channel to meet our customers' needs in a cloud first, mobile first world.
Our team is responsible for building and activating subsidiary's managed partner portfolio to meet partner capacity needs as well as to grow the overall share of partners in market using, selling and deploying the company's technology.
The PB&D Marketing team works with partners and runs marketing programs through the channel and to the channel to achieve key outcomes such as revenue generation, partner recruitment, engagement and transformation.
Key Priorities/Accountabilities
Partner Investments and Activities
Working across the Partner Marketing Team this role will own the tracking, coordination and analysis of all Managed Partner Marketing Plans and Investments
Ensure all marketing activity will be measured and identify optimisation opportunities and gaps
Build a single marketing calendar/project plan of all major programs, campaigns, events across the team
Finance Operations
Raise Purchase Orders and track all investment through to Invoice/Proof of Execution
Manage internal marketing budgets across Local and Corp programs to ensure maximum utilisation and effectiveness
Rhythm of Business
Run a weekly, monthly and quarterly rhythm to report out on all key outcomes, activities and insights
Attend key RoB meetings and track the marketing plan governance, actions and escalations on behalf of team
Maintain an up to date SharePoint, OneNote and other collaborative tools to ensure there is always One Version of the Truth

Increased marketing effectiveness through accountable marketing execution - measured by % of marketing spend with an ROI outcome associated
Compliant marketing execution across Finance, ROMI and other internal policies
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
This role requires an individual with a passion for detail and an ability to juggle many balls at one time:
Project management experience of managing a complex program of activity, ideally in a marketing team or environment
Finance acumen and experience in using Finance systems for raising Purchase Orders, Invoices
Confident in use of Excel and SharePoint sites to drive collaboration and measurement of marketing activity
Ability to work and thrive in a complex Matrix corporate environment with many stakeholders and peers to work across to achieve goals and tasks
Understanding of B2B Software and Cloud businesses a plus
