Description
Relevant experience as a CRM implementation/migration manager in the Mobile Telecommunication Sector
Experience with managing development/system integration partners
Experience and in depth understanding of telecom CRM practices
Experience with CRM data migration
Experience in leading CRM Projects complete life cycle, from the requirements definition, to the transition to operations and support
Strong communications and leadership skills
Budget Management and on-site off-site team management
French/Dutch languages are considered as a big plus
The profile will be part of a program, dealing with a major telco BSS upgrade and transformation and will manage the CRM stream delivery
