Description:- The Sales & Service Information Care team is responsible for supporting the Customer Care Organization by providing metric data, business insights and actionable intelligence to drive strategic business recommendations and initiatives.
- The team is seeking a Database Developer to create fast, efficient, highly optimized data processes and infrastructure to feed data visualization tools and supporting applications for analytical and other business purposes.
Requirements:
- Bring strong industry standard SDLC practices
- Holistic expertise and deep technical knowledge in application development in various forms
- Incredible communication skills
- Understanding of cloud technologies preferred
- JIRA experience strongly preferred
- 5 years of IT experience is required.
- SQL Server/T-SQL, MS Analysis Services, MS Reporting Services, Erwin (Or other Data Modeling Tool), Data warehousing methodologies and practices
- Team oriented approach to work but able to work under own initiative, Good interpersonal skills, Self motivated, Flexible approach to work
