We need a fresh new website built from the ground up for a local edu.We will be providing all the content, it’s currently in the form of static HTML pages (very old version of the site).

Our budget is flexible, as are our requirements, so this may turn into a regular flow of work, including ongoing maintenance.
We need to see a good portfolio, regardless whether you had edu projects before or not. Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, JS, HTML/CSS is needed for this type of work.
The more detailed your response is, the better. We’re academical people, so we appreciate attention to details.
