Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are currently recruiting for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our highly successful Manchester team. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join a collaborative sales team, where your development will be prioritised. We will invest in your induction ensuring you understand your market, clients and candidates through a robust sales and recruitment training plan. This foundation will set you up for a long term, progressive and meritocratic career with Computer Futures Recruitment.
An overview of your role responsibilities include:
* Identify sales opportunities amongst existing and new potential clients through cold calling, networking, following up leads/referrals and attending client meetings
* Develop and generate leads through identifying opportunities that arise from candidate movement
* Market candidates to existing and new potential clients via telephone, email and networking.
* Conduct client "after placement" calls/meetings to build client relationships, maximising the opportunity to gain repeat business, retainers, testimonials etc
* Build up-to-date knowledge of the Engineering sector to respond proactively to clients requirements and provide consultative advice
* Write adverts as required to source candidates for existing and pipeline client requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in customer focussed relationship building via the telephone; experience of working to sales targets in a telesales environment; excellent communication skills, both written and oral; proven first-rate sales negotiation skills complimented with strong understanding of business ethics; IT literacy including all Microsoft Office applications.
