Senior Project Manager - Insurance - Contract

Are you a business focused Project Manager with a passion for challenging change projects and the ability to bring them in on time and on budget? Do you have an extensive insurance background and the ability to not just lead but inspire confidence in all areas of the business?

My client has:

A global and long standing presence in the insurance industry coupled with a forward thinking mentality and an excellent working environment. They are offering a unique opportunity to work on various varied and challenging business change and IT projects. Based in central London they are offering a 6 month contract with an excellent daily rate of £650.

You have:

An extensive insurance background

Experience of working in Agile environments

Ability to lead complex business change projects and deliver them on time and on budget

The relevant knowledge to initiate, grow and maintain strong working relationships at all levels including executive sponsors, business leaders, subject matter experts and other key stakeholders.

Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies and structures and can demonstrate a pragmatic application of these appropriate to a given audience and/or situation

You may also have:

Lloyds Of London experience

Knowledge of working with Guidewire

Experience of working on global projects

Your responsibilities will include:

Activity planning, sequencing and time estimating; development and management of project plans

Quality management

Chair / facilitate meetings to track progress

Monitoring, controlling and reporting on project progress to key Stakeholders
