OMC Team Manager

Main mission
- The OMC Coordinator role is to Manage OMC engineers.
- Take the responsibility to organize operations and to manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as planning, designing, reporting, supporting OMC activities and supporting OMC service proposals.
- Defining new Scope of Works and process with customer to deliver OMC activities smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Planning OMC activities
- Balancing the load and the technical operations between OMC engineers
- Reporting to customer, to account managers and project director
- Define the process, the prerequisites, the template of operations with OMC engineers

Profile
- Telecommunication background
- Related work experience in telecom network operation and maintenance
- Experienced team manager
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Fluent French and English language skills
