Description
Beacon Hill Technologies has a 12 month contract opportunity for a Mid-level software QA Analyst.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of test experience
- Demonstrable strength in SQA methodology, test planning, test case design and testing
- Experience working in Agile development cycles
- Hands-on testing applications on Java, web services, database testing/Back End testing
- Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases and Unix/Linux
- Experience developing automated tests (QTP, Selenium, etc) is a plus
- Experience with the following: Python, Java, XML, web services, Oracle, SQL, source control software tools (Perforce, TFS), test management and defect tracking systems (Quality Center, JIRA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to communicate with all levels of project team members
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle and organize multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with an offshore team(s) is big plus
- BS from a 4-year college or requisite experience
