Position Description:
Work as project team member to develop site analytics solutions across turner web properties; Will be able to mentor developers on technical issues and best-practices
Work with team to integrate metrics tracking into new and existing projects and Work with Strategic Implementation Consultant (SIC) to understand requirements and provide consulting to mobile app developers on how to implement Omniture, Comscore and Nielsen SDKs.
Take ownership of resolving defects reported by QA during mobile projects. Lead subject matter experts on Analytics development. Work with Adobe and other 3rd parties to understand industry best practices.
Provide technical consulting to SIC team, helping influence requirements based on development constraints. Ability to develop and support Object Oriented JavaScript library for web site analytics reporting; Ability to provide and modify code samples to mobile app developers.
Ability to debug applications to support analytics development and support SIC and QA during all-hands testing and product launches.
Work with common platforms and vendors to support analytics implementation. (CVP, CMS, Dreamsocket, etc.)
Create technical documentation supporting all of the above.
Estimate level of effort for projects.
Become experts on site-specific and ADBP tracking, familiar with the SDRs and individual requirements for each app/site.
Provide on-call support as assigned
Perform related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5 - 7 years experience developing Web sites for business purposes
2 - 3 years experience developing mobile web apps (Android & iOS) Omniture, Nielsen and comScore implementation and development experience.
Mobile development (web, responsive and app) experience from a development perspective.
Java (Android) and Objective C (iOS) development experience
JavaScript, HTML, CSS experience
Non-specific platform experience: Windows 8, Xbox, Samsung Watch, Connected Devices, etc.
