Job Description:- Interface with systems/business analyst in determining the best solution to complex problems.
- Meet with stakeholders to gather and document business and user requirements to translate into technical requirements.
- Design interactions based on user needs and requirements.
- Design and build low to high fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Create detailed wireframes and other technical documentation.
- Participate in user research and testing.
- Coordinate and participate in thoroughly testing all solutions.
- Interface with team members from all functional disciplines, as well as senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Interaction design.
- Familiar with user centered design methods and principles.
- Strong prototyping and wire-framing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and business and operational process analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering presentations, reporting and project coordination.
- Familiarity with IT process and project life cycle management.
- Requires strong verbal and written skills.
- Ability to create detailed visual documentation.
- Business Administrator experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM/Enterprise system.
- Knowledge of local search, online advertising and eCommerce is preferred.
- Proficient with business software and tools (MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, JIRA)
