Description

Job Description:
  • Interface with systems/business analyst in determining the best solution to complex problems.
  • Meet with stakeholders to gather and document business and user requirements to translate into technical requirements.
  • Design interactions based on user needs and requirements.
  • Design and build low to high fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Create detailed wireframes and other technical documentation.
  • Participate in user research and testing.
  • Coordinate and participate in thoroughly testing all solutions.
  • Interface with team members from all functional disciplines, as well as senior management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:

Mandatory Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Interaction design.
  • Familiar with user centered design methods and principles.
  • Strong prototyping and wire-framing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and business and operational process analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering presentations, reporting and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with IT process and project life cycle management.
  • Requires strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to create detailed visual documentation.
Desired Skills:
  • Business Administrator experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM/Enterprise system.
  • Knowledge of local search, online advertising and eCommerce is preferred.
  • Proficient with business software and tools (MS Office Suite, Project, Visio, JIRA)
