Description
Senior Digital Producer- £350-£400 a day - Berkshire - 6- 12 months +As a Senior Digital Producer your primary focus will be on the scoping and delivery of medium to large online projects either on a stand-alone basis or within a wider programme of work. Delivering to scope, time, cost and quality is key to this position as well as managing change at each point of the delivery lifecycle. You'll translate business requirements into comprehensive and coherent production briefs and possess the ability to motivate and manage a project team.
A large part of the role is to manage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, responding to their needs quickly and efficiently whilst continuing to manage the project scope. Based on a solid understanding of the digital marketing industry, you'll be confident and articulate in advising stakeholders, as well as challenging briefs and processes to drive high-quality executions to screen and improve business efficiency.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
*Accountable for the delivery of assigned digital projects to scope, time, cost and quality standards, plus ensuring UK guidelines are met and internal process followed
*Accurate resource profiling and administration along with effective project team management to achieve maximum resource utilisation
*Produce clear and accurate production briefs relevant to each discipline, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met
*Advise and manage project stakeholders, developing good working relationships with various teams across the business
*Assist Production Manager with forecasting, scoping, reporting and managing the Producer team
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
*Minimum 5 years experience delivering medium to large digital projects
*Strong project management and organisational skills
*Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
*Stakeholder management at all levels
*Strong facilitation as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
