Incident Manager / 2nd Level Support Representative (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Resolve problems and provide excellent customer service to a user base ranging from IT experts to complete novices (about 7 000 users)
- Act as intermediate between users and system engineers
- Account for new installations both remote and on-site
- Manage and support internal systems
Your qualifications
- Experience as Incident Manager/System Admin/2nd Level Staff could be an advantage
- Infrastructure knowledge is a must
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Database knowledge (Oracle, mSQL skills) and Windows and Linux knowledge is a plus
- Experience as a developer could be beneficial
- Pharmaceutical experience is a plus
