Description

We are looking to hire a Compliance Manager to be based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria for a fast growing, international Oil & Gas service company.

As Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the introduction and staff training on key policies, including the Code of Conduct and the Anti-corruption Policy and Procedures as well as assist with the development and implementation of compliance communications, guides and resources.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Work closely with business unit and functional management to design, communicate and monitor various compliance procedures and programs
  • Assist in the development, implementation and management of online training customized to policies and procedures and the web-based system for managing third party intermediaries
  • Support the annual company-wide online Code of Conduct training and certification process
  • Assist in documenting to address red flags related to third party intermediaries being vetted through Anti-corruption Policy and Procedures
  • Assist in compliance program assessment activities and developing recommended corrective actions
  • Support the preparation of monthly progress reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and communicating internally and multiple tiers of management
