Description
This role includes but is not limited to:- Administering VMware vRealizeTM AutomationTM, instantiating global blueprints, and implementing appropriate user and business group role-based permissions.
- Accountable for automation at the tenant layer
- Working closely with the Service Owner for setup and governance of business specific views within vRealize Automation
- Working with Service QA to release services into production
- Covers the role of ServiceNow Administrator and Configuration Analyst
- Covers the role of Service Analyst which incorporates - defining and implementing service design and development policies and guidance - working with application development teams when needed to provide guidance on best practices for developing dynamic aware applications - defining a service offering based on the requirements provided by the service owner - service design as well as development coordination
- Responsible for the proactive, day-to-day capacity and performance monitoring; interpreting predictive analytics and smart alerts to proactively identify and remediate issues before they become service impacting
- Identifying automated remediation opportunities and working with the Service Developer to implement
- Provides Level 2 and 3 support for the provision of Cloud service
