Job Description

1.3.1 Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Understanding of Public Sector Financials concepts including configuration of Oracle INV and FA modules
  • A solid understanding of how an organisation and his stakeholders go through a change and acceptance of a ERP solution
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in developing training material and facilitating of training courses in the context of an ERP implementation
  • Understanding of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology
  • Experience performing System Test planning / execution and writing of business scenarios
  • Experience with Oracle's User Productivity Kit Professional (UPK) to create training materials or test scripts
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance Status: NS Security Clearance.

1.3.3 Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience implementing Oracle EBS solutions for Public Sector organization/ agencies
  • Previous experience implementing Oracle EBS for a large International Organization
  • Knowledge of Oracle INV and FA modules and how these modules interface with GL, AP, PO, and other non-Oracle Applications
  • Previous experience implementing PLANON

1.3.4 Responsibilities:

  • Meet business objectives for INV and FA module
  • Lead and guide end users through the change and acceptance of the designed solution
  • Engage appropriate stakeholders so that their needs are met
  • Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test
  • Together with the Project Support Office Assistant responsible for the communication during the implementation
  • Responsible for the development of training materials with Oracle's User Productivity Kit Professional (UPK) based on the defined business processes and actors]
  • Responsible for creation of cheat sheets and standard operating procedures documents
  • Organize, plan and facilitate training courses for more than 100 end users
  • Assist in the data conversion and migration activities
  • Assist in resolving business and system integration issues including Hypercare
  • Respond to project management regarding progress and issues and risks
