For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Support Engineer (Websphere, Oracle, Linux)
Job description:
You will be responsible for the operation of a mission-critical, interactive, international, payments web-application. The application is built in Java and runs on WebSphere & Linux and uses an Oracle Database. You'll join a team that consists of 8 engineers and operates in a Scrum & DevOps environment. Our organization focusses on Continuous Delivery and Continuous Improvement and values craftsmanship.
Profile: you have in-depth knowledge of:
- Linux, Oracle, WebSphere.
- ITIL processes (problem-, incident-, change-, configuration, capacity- & lifecycle-management).
- Monitoring and alerting.
- Scripting experience (preferably shell- and WebSphere).
- WebSphere-, Linux- & Database administration.
- DevOps & ITIL.
- 24x7 stand-by (once every 8 weeks).
