Description
The candidate is expected to accept the job challenge, have rich experiences in providing commercial technical solution consulting, business process optimization, and tool system optimization etc, willing to share and produce necessary deliverables.
- Profound knowledge in mobile operators' organization structure, operating model. The focus will be on wireless radio frequency (RF) and radio access network (RAN) fields.
- 10+ years work experience in operator network planning, deployment and optimization, and at least 5+ years consulting experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with CxO and high-level management customers of operators
- Excellent presentation capability, both in marketing and bidding processes. Good at producing and delivering presentations.
- Excellent telecom industry work background, such as network planning and design, solution architecture design, consulting service in E/ALU/NSN, or operators.
- Leading large-scale wireless network planning and deployment delivery.(more than 1000 sites)
- Familiar with industry wireless network planning and optimization delivery, pre-sale support, and consulting workflow and methodology.
- Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Telecom, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields;
- Willingness to travel overseas frequently
