OpenEdge Developer
I am looking for an OpenEdge Developer for my client, a prestigious financial institution based in Ireland.
Task and responsibilities for the OpenEdge Developer role:
*Development, design and maintenance of the Custody & Brokerage application
*Must have 5 years of OE 4GL experience in industrial projects. Must be proficient with OE 11.
*Must have proven track record of 4GL development using OE Application Server.
*Experience with Web Speed will be an added advantage.
*Must be able to work with minimum supervision and should process very good communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications/required skills for the OpenEdge Developer role:
*University degree or equivalent in a computer based discipline.
*Strong experience with Progress OpenEdge 4GL, Progress OE WebSpeed & Progress App Server working on large project.
*The candidate will be subject to a rigorous technical interview and must have good references
*The candidate also must have employment permit to work in Ireland.
Language skills for the OpenEdge Developer role:
*Fluent in English
*Any European language would be an asset
