iPhone Deployment Specialist

Downey, CA

1 Year Contract

Description:

The deployment will include light training on the apps (train the trainer will be provided) and assistance with configuring apps. When deployment sessions are not going this resource will be at a Kaiser site providing in person support for the iPhone and apps.

In addition to the job description please provide the following information:

Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Deploy iPhone to physicians.
  • Show the physicians how to use iPhone, with the clinical apps.
  • Provide onsite support for physicians that need help with the phones after deployment.
  • Top 3-5 Required Skills:

  • Ability to train end users.
  • iPhone or smart phone experience.
  • Sound troubleshooting methodology
  • Desired Skills:

  • Troubleshooting to resolution over the phone.
  • Knowledge of enterprise computing environments
  • Soft Skills:

  • Experience working with physicians.
  • Experience presenting/training groups of up to 20 people.
