Description

Role: Salesforce Support Analyst
Duration: 11 month
Location: France
Start: ASAP

Job Purpose:
* Supporting desktops, laptops, smart phones and printers
* Helping out with the rollout of new infrastructure across the company

Professional & Leadership Experience:
* Experience supporting Salesforce CRM
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer facing support role in the IT field
* Good knowledge in installation and roll out of end user computing devices running Windows XP/7 and Office .
* Knowledge of networks, WIDFI and PBX systems would be an asset

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Identify, diagnose and resolve incidents for users with a personal computer (software, hardware, network and Internet access)
* Provide one-on-one end user incident resolution over the phone or in person, including sometimes to VIP users/out of country visitors
* Set up and assist in the configuration of end users PC laptop, hardware, software and peripherals
* Help install local area network, cabling systems and equipment such as network, hubs and Switches
* Act as the coordinator/information hub for the local team, maintaining close contact with the clients,the Team Head and other IM Stakeholders.

Education & Training
* Education in IT
* ITIL 3 Certification.

Minimum Requirements:
* Good to excellent command of English.
* Any additional language is an advantage especially French, Spanish, German an plus
