Duties:
- Understand the requirements,
- Analyse the environment,
- Propose migration/co-existence scenarios,
- Prepare migration plan,
- Execute migration or relevant scenarios
Deliverables:
- Analysis report on of SharePoint environment,
- Migration/Integration proposal,
- Prepare Decision,
- Project Plan,
- Execute/Coordinate Migration/Integration tasks
