We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for a Managed Services Project Director, to join their project in Uzbekistan
Position Title: Managed Services Project Director
Position Type: 4 months
Start Date: January 2016.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Managed Service project delivery and operation management, including project delivery schedule, cost, quality and customer satisfaction:
- Responsible for the smooth network transition from customer, including team establishment, operation and maintenance process and regulation establishment, and implementation of IT tool;
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance management of customer network, including network fault management, review and monitoring of network change, development and improvement of network contingency plan, etc, responsible for the network quality and service SLA during operation phase;
- Responsible for the project budget and accounting management;
- Communicate with customer in a routine basis, and solve the network operation problems
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 8 years of practical experience in Telecommunications/IT industry
- Familiar with project management or network maintenance
- PMP certificate or operator experience are preferred
- Willing to travel
- Fluent in English and Russian
