Senior Android Developer ( Java / HTML5 / CSS3 / C++ )
Senior Android Developer ( Java / HTML5 / CSS3 / C++ ) required for a leading Retail company based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual who is eager for a new interesting challenge. As a Senior Android Developer ( Java / HTML5 / CSS3 / C++ ) you will be working throughout the full development lifecycle and you are to liaise with the senior level stakeholders in order to understand their requirements and deliver innovative, tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- You will be working on multiple live technologies used by very large number of users and responsible for any updates to the software.
- Working as Senior Android Developer ( Java / HTML5 / CSS3 / C++ ) you will have a lower level team to assist with their learning of new skills.
Development Skills
* Cross-platform development HTML5/CSS3.
* At least 4 years of Android experience.
* Great knowledge of back-end data.
* Threading and synchronisation and Async.
* Experience of in memory management, debugging, profiling, provisioning and the distribution of Android applications.
* Java, Android SDK and Rest and other relative API's.
Desirable Skills
* Solid experience of the complete project lifecycle.
* Excellent communication skills and agile approach.
* Leadership and mentoring of performing team.
* Experience working in a high volume environment.
The ideal Senior Android Developer ( Java / HTML5 / CSS3 / C++ ) must be able to hit the ground running and quickly familiarise themselves with existing code rapidly. You will also be working as a team when required in order to achieve maximum efficiency, whilst also collecting user requirements from any level of the business. Expanding existing skills will be encouraged with colleagues and training if needed can help support you in the transition.
There are multiple positions available for Senior Android Developer ( Java / HTML5 / CSS3 / C++ ) and if successful with your application, this role will have a next stage face to face process.
Rate: £ per day
Contract Length: 6 Months with the possibility of an extension, some candidates have been on site for 24 months.
