Open Text Consultant - OTAS and ICC Implementation Experience
Whitehall Resources are looking for an Open Text OTAS and ICC Consultant for a 12 month contract;
Required skills:
- Open Text technical knowledge and architecture skills in Open Text area, including hands on experience in areas such as ICC, OTAS, xECM, VIM
- 7-8 years of implementation experience in OTAS and ICC with sound knowledge of integration points of SAP VIM with ICC
- Knowledge of customisation client is must
- Should have knowledge of Scripting language (eg JS, AJAX and JQuery, CSS, Angular JS), document pipeline, OCR, Integration of OTAS with centera and Archiving strategy
- Other knowledge required: webviewer, TOMCAT, experience of customisation and debugging the root cause in the system
- Knowledge of capacity management of OTAS and ICC would be good fit
- Knowledge of MFT file transfer would give an edge along with CPU code design
- Knowledge on capacity assessment based on user base and invoice volume and image quality is a must
- Strong comms and customer facing skills
