Senior IT Consultant / Business Analyst (50%) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Document, understand and size future needs and implications across various IT departments and program work streams
- Develop strategies and concepts to address pain points across multiple IT domains
- Identify needs (incl. interfaces) between systems in collaboration with various areas
- Create to-be IT concept, communicate and test with departments
- Clarify and identify potential synergies to running IT projects
- Prepare communication for system partners creating awareness and managing expectations like sourcing support
Your qualifications
- Profound working experience in the area of business analysis
- Know how working in multiple areas of business domain and technology
- Good knowledge in the area of Regulatory Affairs including associated application landscapes
- Experience in regulatory industry standards is desired
- Proficient knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory processes, including knowledge and appreciation of scientific regulatory affairs, ethical and compliance principles
- Strong system, business, user and functional requirements analysis, including conceptual thinking, information management analysis and architecture
- Good project sizing experience (effort estimation, costs, FTI's, timelines)
- Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation and communications skills
- Ability to work outside the standard office hours and according to different time zones as required
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
