Description
- Must have very strong skills in CRM Dynamics
- CRM 2013
- Good analytical skills
- Incumbent will require a lot of implementation experience from CRM projects
- More than 6 years experience required (several years focusing in CRM)
- Experienced working on project sizes >$1 million SGD
- Analysis 40%/Development 60% (will need to still be heavy hands-on)
- Sharepoint is an advantageous skill
- Particularly strong candidate will have specific CRM auditing experience
- Specific areas of focus within projects;
- Withdrawals
- Marketing
- Call Centres
- Student System (interface)
