MS Dynamics CRM Administrator (JavaScript libraries)We currently have a vacancy for a MS Dynamics CRM Administrator fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the administration team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.
Your tasks:
• Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Monitoring and tuning of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Access management and coordination of the application's support;
• Provision of assistance in requirements analysis and design of new functionalities;
• Assistance in testing and deployment of new functionalities;
• Draft and delivery of technical documentation;
• Liaison with other project teams to ensure cross-project interdependencies.
Your skills:
• Minimum 11 years of combined relevant university studies and experience in IT;
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Extensive working experience in JavaScript libraries to customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Hands on experience in customization of the user interface in Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Proven experience in the creation of reports, views and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
• Good knowledge of Agile will be considered advantageous;
• Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments and work effectively within an international team;
• Excellent command of English, knowledge of French will be an asset.
