Intel Server Support Engineer - 3 month contract

Providing support services for the Windows Server, VMWare and AWS environments within the company infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

· Maintenance tasks such as patching and upgrading software and hardware

· Daily tasks such as checking backups and managing on and off-site tapes movements

· Maintenance and updating of anti-virus and anti-malware software

· Providing and contributing to reports on performance, backup results, service availability

and software and hardware usage for management

· Software application releases to production environments following instructions from

developers

Technical Skills Required:

· Microsoft Windows Server R2

· VMware vSphere (vCenter and ESXi) 5.0 - 6.0

Desirable Skills:

· Backup Technologies - Tivoli

· Fibre Channel SAN - EMC, DataDomain

· Dell Hardware

· An understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
