Service Delivery Senior Analyst

Location: Slough

An amazing opportunity has come up to join a multinational consumer goods company are currently looking to add to their team in Slough for a Senior Service Delivery Analyst. This a great opportunity if you are looking for the next step in your career. You will support the GTS Leadership team to deliver excellent service, while managing the overall service quality, availability and capabilities in conjunction with all relevant processes. You will be responsible for key IT support processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management and Change management. This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they are expanding rapidly at present.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • ITIL V3 Foundation (a minimum)
  • Understanding of key elements and processes relating to service
  • Proven track record of delivering first class customer service
  • Customer focused experience with the ability to create culture of Customer centricity
  • Change management experience (CABS) and able to manage the introduction of IS Services
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvement, crossing team and organisational boundaries
  • Interact effectively with stakeholders
  • Proven track record to achieve results through effective management of technical expertise
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
