Senior Business Analyst
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst based in Milan, Italy
Start Date: February
Duration: Initially 6 months
Salary: Market Rates
Role:
To ensure the proper support and work in synergy with a senior line manager who is pretty new in her role.
The person shall ensure a proper mix of managerial and technical skills:
will support to understand the current way-of-working, common guidelines, process and procedures in place
will support to design of the new operating model, listing recommendations that drive step-change improvements
to support the line manager to lead the 3 functional first line
shall interact with multiple stakeholders and will act as a mediator during the meeting
Essential Job Functions:
Business transformation analysis: perform an analysis on a current situation (processes, organization) and identifying recommendations that drive step-change improvements
Act as senior manager to help settle disputes between entities
Experiences:
Overall experience more than 5 years with experiences in global projects with role as senior Business transformation analyst and expert in TELCO sector
Previous experience in Vodafone Group technology (nice to have M2M service)
Languages: English (nice to have: Italian)
