Description
For our customer we are looking for a SAP Basis Solman technician to be part of the SAP Basis monitoring team to implement MAI-monitoring
SAP Basis technician with good experience of Solman is a must, if possible also MAI-monitoring experience.
1) The main focus is on MAI System Monitoring. Preparation, configuration, follow up and adapting the MAI setup
2) Knowledge about the Managed System Configuration steps and keep an overview on the status of each step.
3) Has a broad knowledge on the functionality of Solution Manager Central Monitoring environment.
4) Knowledge about MAI EEM setup. Building Transaction, RFC and HTTP scripts.
5) Knowledge about MAI PI Monitoring
6) Knowledge about BPMON is welcome to setup Application Monitoring and Monitoring Business processes.
7) Define custom templates with custom Alerts/Metrics definitions
8) Fine Tuning the MAI setup to meet the customer requirements
9) Periodically follow up the consistency between Solman Monitoring data and the Third Part Tool Monitoring data and act in case of inconsistency.
10) Contact with the requester to implement his demand in the most efficient way
